  2. Send or manage text messages / SMS / messaging channels, including scheduling reminders, follow-ups, or support responses.

  3. Power website interactions — chatbots, virtual assistants, scheduling interfaces, or adaptive messaging features.

Your Consent. By opting in (via the checkbox above) or by continuing to engage with our services after this disclosure, you expressly authorize Safe Chem Pest to use AI systems in those capacities. You may withdraw or revoke consent at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

Monitoring and Review. We continually monitor AI-based communications to ensure accuracy, security, compliance, and quality. Any AI outputs affecting service, scheduling, or billing will be audited by human staff.

  • Upon withdrawal, we will cease using AI/automated communication for your interactions, and revert to human-handled processes, where feasible.

  • This withdrawal does not affect any prior communications or obligations.

Retention, Security & Data Usage.

  • Data collected, processed, or generated via AI systems are subject to the same security, retention, and privacy safeguards as all personal data per this Policy.

  • We do not sell or share raw AI models, call transcripts, or automated insights to third parties for promotional marketing.

  • In cases where third-party AI service providers are engaged, they will be bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Updates to AI Policies. We may update this AI disclosure from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
